Recruitment process

Our recruitment typically follows a multi-step process:

  • If your application is selected, an initial phone interview with our Recruitment Manager to confirm the initial requirements and confirm your interest.

  • A meeting with your team lead and other key colleagues over video or in person.

  • A possible deliverable such as a presentation to show us your skills.

  • A final meeting to confirm your acceptance!

We'd like you to get to know the place, the team, and our values. But above all, we want to get to know you well, so don't come in a hurry - come relaxed and available.
